Award-Winning Blend: Known as the Champagne of teas, Darjeeling represents less than 5% of Indian tea production, but is the country’s most famous tea, and is renowned the world over for its muscatel, fruity and floral character. Second flush Darjeeling is a seasonal tea, with the best quality teas being plucked during late June and early July. The tea estates of Darjeeling are nestled in the foothills of the Himalayan mountain range, with many of the tea bushes being over 100 years old. This organic black tea should ideally be taken without milk to fully enjoy its light and delicate flavour.

100% Organic Ingredients: This blend is made from all-organic ingredients. Our tea leaves are ethically grown and handpicked.

Loose Tea - Optimal Brewing	Add 1 x 10gm sachet of tea (enough for 3-4 cups of tea) to teapot. Bring water to a boil (100°C). Infuse 4-5 minutes; add as much or as little tea as you like to reach your desired strength and / or the desired number of cups of tea.
Pyramid Teabags – Optimal Brewing	Add 1 x pyramid teabag to teapot / cup. Bring water to a boil (100°C). Infuse 4-5 minutes.

Brewing Advice
