Signature Blend: Created by Hope & Glory, this is our signature Chai recipe. It is made by blending the ingredients of our award-winning Masala Chai with natural vanilla. The vanilla adds sweetness while the cinnamon and cardamom from Masala Chai bring a spicy flavour. The result is a brew that’s both sweet and spicy, and ever so fragrant. We recommend brewing this the traditional Indian way – in a pan with milk and water.

Loose Tea - Optimal Brewing	Add 1 x10gm sachet of tea (enough for 3-4 cups of tea) to teapot. Bring water to a boil (100°C). Infuse 4-5 minutes; add as much or as little tea as you like to reach your desired strength and / or the desired number of cups of tea
Pyramid Teabags – Optimal Brewing	Add 1 x pyramid teabag to teapot / cup. Bring water to a boil (100°C). In-fuse 4-5 minutes.

Brewing Advice

Loose Tea	Add 1 x 5gm sachet of tea (enough for 1-2 cups of tea) to teapot. Bring water to a boil (100°C). Infuse 4-5 minutes; add as much or as little tea as you like to reach your desired strength and / or the desired number of cups of tea
Pyramid Teabags	Add 1 x pyramid teabag to teapot / cup. Bring water to a boil (85°C). In-fuse 2-3 minutes.
Best Served	Without milk
