Award-Winning Blend: A full-bodied blend of organic Ceylon black tea and spices, Masala Chai derives from Hindi words that literally translate to ‘mixed-spice tea’. This black tea is also sometimes referred to as Masala Tea. Spices such as cardamom and cinnamon have been expertly blended to give a warming, rich blend of flavours and a sweet aroma. It can be served with or without milk.

100% Organic Ingredients: This blend is made from all-organic ingredients. Our tea leaves are ethically grown and handpicked.

Loose Tea - Optimal Brewing	Add 1 x 10gm sachet of tea (enough for 3-4 cups of tea) to the teapot. Bring the water to a boil (100°C). Infuse for 4-5 minutes; add as much or as little tea as you like to reach your desired strength and / or the desired number of cups of tea. Add milk and sugar / sweetener to bring out the beautiful, aromatic flavours of the spices.
Pyramid Teabags – Optimal Brewing	Add 1 x pyramid to the teapot / cup. Bring water to a boil (100°C). Infuse for 4-5 minutes; add milk and sugar / sweetener to bring out the beautiful, aromatic flavours of the spices.
Ingredients	70% Organic Ceylon Black Tea and a fresh blend of aromatic, organic spices – 5% Cloves, 4% Cardamom, 7% Ginger, 4% Nutmeg, 7% Cinnamon and 5% black pepper.
