Loose Tea - Optimal Brewing	Add 1 x 10gm sachet of tisane (enough for 3-4 cups of tea) to the teapot. Bring water to a boil (100°C). Infuse for 2-3 minutes; add as much or as little tisane as you like to reach your desired strength and / or the desired no. of cups.
Pyramid Teabags – Optimal Brewing	Add 1 x pyramid teabag to the teapot / cup. Bring the water to a boil (100°C). Infuse for 2-3 minutes.
